Nalani Roberts lives by the phrase “don’t knock it till you try it.” She is constantly experimenting with mediums, subjects, size, and styles. Overall, her work can be expressed as a combination of surrealism and impressionism. Nalani claims that creating is in her blood, and she has been working for as long as she can remember. She started her college education in her Freshman year of high school and attended her first Studio Art course in her Junior year. During her years in school, she was an officer for College of Western Idaho’s Art Club, which participated in CBH homes’ “Hearts Across the Valley” project. Alternatively, she was given opportunities to participate in Illuminate 2025 at Surel’s place, Garden City, as well as the school-hosted Juried Art Show. Even with all of this under her belt, Nalani is not done and plans to go even further.
